Tandemly does not send promotional or marketing SMS/MMS messages and does not use SMS communications for affiliate marketing or lead generation purposes.

Consent: By entering your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages including OTP codes for verification purposes. Message & data rates may apply.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will receive no more than 10 SMS/MMS messages per month, subject to occasional variance based on usage (e.g., login verification codes and account-related alerts).

Costs: Tandemly does not charge fees for SMS/MMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Tandemly at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send you. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@tandemlyapp.com.

No Sharing of SMS Data: We do not share your mobile phone number, SMS/MMS consent data, or text messaging originator opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, affiliate, or lead generation purposes. Your SMS data is disclosed only to aggregators and SMS service providers strictly required to technically deliver messages on our behalf, and solely for that purpose.
